Enough is Enough!!!!

Tamara, I wish I was planting a garden!!!! This is a picture of our weather the day before spring. I am ready for some sunshine!!!! For me, being from the south, I have a had time with the springtime here in New England. Spring is suppose to be pretty and warm. Now I am complaining but if you talk to me any other time of the year it really is pretty here in New England. I LOVE LOVE the fall here, Summertime is pleasant, and the winter is pretty and fun. BUT.....Springtime always gets me in a funk. I just have to remember how green the grass will be and sitting in the sun at 80 degrees is soooo nice. The heat down home is harsh. I do love it here and I must think of all the positives. So have a good day and smile:)!!! There is so much to be thankful for: family, friends, good health, freedom and on and on we could go....

Hang in there! You have sympathizers here in Michigan! I'll be SOOOO happy when the warm sunny days get here, too.
Smile!

Sounds like you were giving yourself a "get real girlfriend!" kind of pep talk! LOL!! Look at my latest pictures, then close your eyes and pretend that you are driving down our street that you know so well. The mailbox is just before you turn right to go into The Village section.

I'll write a post in August when I have to take the kids to swim before 10AM because it's too hot and the pollution is in the extremly dangerous zone. Maybe that'll make you feel better!

I did just look back at my blog and laugh out loud at the difference in our pictures!

I feel your pain. Being that you're from GA you may not consider PA south, but let me tell you, in PA it looks and feels like spring in early March. Spring in NY always gets me in a funk too. It won't feel like the spring that I'm used to until May. Ugh !!!
