Music addition...
Brad has made another addition to the blog for me. The Celtic Women and a few of their songs. We went to see them last spring and really enjoyed their vocal talent. They are amazing to see perform. And...the Laughing Policeman is a favorite to the girls. Ellie told Brad that he should put that on the blog as the background music. Enjoy

I looked up the Celtic Woman on the internet. Very cool! They are coming to MI in a couple weeks, but tickets are pretty pricey. May have to keep them in mind for next year. Thanks for the info, though!
I'm not sure how to reply to your question about the cinn. rolls except to reply here.
I do let the machine finish the dough cycle. I think it's an hour and 1/2. I've never tried making them without doing that, but I guess if they turned out then you could skip that step. Was the dough really heavy? Seems like letting it rise once would make the dough lighter when it's baked. Not sure, though.
