This is what we came home to last Sat.!!!! Tucket knows how to get into our trash bin. We had a child lock on the drawer but it broke and he is back to his old habits!!! I refused the child locks when the girls were babies and now I am using them. :)

A day off from school and we went skiing!!!:)

Our school was out last Tues. so the girls and I went skiing with Brook, Jonathan, and Josh. It was nice to have Brooks help on the ski lifts. It was cold by the end of the day but the girls wouldn't stop until our pass expired!! We hope to go soon with Dad.

Brad's new found talent!

Yummy! Brad's first attempt at Creme Brulee. He made Vanilla Creme Brulee with fresh vanilla beans. It is yummy! There are a couple more recipes to try (white chocolate and maple cream brulee). I'm excited, now I can leave the dessert to Brad. Come and join us!

X-Mas in GA

We had a great time in Ga for x-mas with my family. Tons of kids so tons of presents! We were all together for two days and then some of the families had other plans. The girls wanted to go to the Coke museum in Atlanta. It has been remodeled/located since I went so it was neat to see the new Coke museum. Ava is addicted to coke now! We are now on a NO coke policy in this house. We got to spend an evening with some of my second cousins and their families. Nice to be together again. New Year's eve we were with my extended family and then it was an early morning to catch our plane home. Wow! What a difference in weather. We went from the 60's to the 20's. I guess it has gotten colder since we came home. We are hoping to enjoy some skiing soon! Hopefully, I will keep this undated more frequently in the new year. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We are here....

We have had an ice storm here and are out of power but we have a generator. We aren't complaining since we have heat, water and limited lights. I just got Internet back today so now I feel like I can connect with the world! I won't post any pictures now but you can see them on Brent and Johanna's blog. We haven't had school since last Fri. and there won't be any all this week. I will post and write more later.
